Working with us

From enquiry to delivered equipment

Five stages, in the same order every time. Nothing is committed on either side until the quotation is accepted in writing, which is why the specification work happens before a price is issued.

Sending an enquiry commits you to nothing.

A quotation is a proposal. It becomes an order only when you accept it.

  1. Stage 01

Tell us what you are equipping

A room, a store cupboard, a pitch session or a single home setup. The space matters as much as the item list.

    • Item list, or the sessions and group sizes you run
    • Delivery city and building access
    • Any required-by date you are working to
  2. Stage 02

    Specification review

We read the requirement against what can actually be sourced: sizes, materials, pack counts and age suitability.

    • Sizes and weight increments matched to who will use them
    • Pack counts checked against group numbers, not headcount
    • Alternatives identified before, not after, you commit
  3. Stage 03

    Supply and delivery check

Nothing is quoted before the supply position and the delivery route to your address are confirmed.

    • Current supply position per line item
    • Delivery eligibility for your specific address
    • Access constraints: lifts, loading bays, campus hours
  4. Stage 04

    Written quotation

You receive a line-by-line quotation with specification, price, applicable VAT and delivery stated in writing.

    • Line-by-line specification and quantity
    • Price in AED with VAT and delivery shown separately
    • Return position and any item-specific exclusions
  5. Stage 05

    Acceptance, then supply

You accept the quotation before anything is committed. Invoicing, payment and delivery follow the accepted terms.

    • Purchase order or invoice for organisation buyers
    • Card payment or payment link where approved
    • Delivery scheduled against your confirmed date

Collections

Equipment grouped the way spaces are actually planned

Most buyers are equipping a space rather than shopping for a single item. These groupings are starting points, adjusted to your room, group sizes and storage.

Read the planning guides

Planning note
Quantities are built around parallel working groups and cupboard space.

Studio Floor

Shared floor equipment for studios and small fitness rooms.

Studios and small fitness rooms with shared, high-turnover equipment.
Planning note
Durability and cleaning between classes matter more than headline specification.

Squad training kit for clubs and academies.

Clubs and academies running coached squad sessions.
Planning note
Colour sets, ball sizes and carry storage are specified against squad numbers.

Corporate Wellness

Practical shared equipment for workplace movement spaces.

Planning note
Peak simultaneous users, cleaning and building access drive the specification.

Why Taqat

What a buyer gets here that a general listing site cannot give them

01

A supplier, not a marketplace

One UAE-registered entity is responsible for the specification you were quoted, the item that arrives and the paperwork that follows it. There is no third-party seller in between.

02

Quoted against your space, not a template

Storeroom depth, floor area, squad size and access route change what should be supplied. Lists are adjusted to the site before a price is issued.

03

Written before committed

Price, specification, availability and delivery timing are confirmed in writing. A quotation becomes an order only when you accept it.

04

Built for repeat supply

Season schedules, term resupply and phased fit-outs are quoted as a plan, so the second order matches the first instead of starting again.

Product proof

Product proof: what is checked before you are quoted

Catalogue photography is representative. The commitments below are what actually stand behind an item — recorded per item and repeated on every enquiry.

Specification is written down before a price is issued

Material, dimensions, weight range, pack count and finish are recorded against each item. If a detail cannot be confirmed by the supplier, it is listed as open on the quotation instead of being guessed.

Supply position is checked per order, not per listing

Availability and lead times are confirmed with suppliers for every order.

Sample or reference unit on request for volume orders

For repeat or high-quantity supply, a sample or reference photograph of the exact unit being offered can be requested before you accept the quotation.

Warranty stated item by item

Where the supplier of the exact item provides a warranty, its length and scope are written into the quotation. Where none is provided, the quotation says so.

Substitutions are proposed, never silent

If the specified item cannot be supplied, an alternative is put to you in writing with the differences set out. Nothing is swapped after acceptance without your approval.

Documentation issued with the order

Tax invoice, itemised specification and delivery note accompany the order. Supplier declarations and care instructions are included where the supplier provides them.

Supplier standards

How an item earns its place in the catalogue

The catalogue is deliberately narrow. Each line is held against a named supplier, and the specification you are quoted is the specification that supplier has confirmed — not a description copied from a listing.

How we source and specify
  • Named supplier per item, not an open marketplace

Each catalogue line is sourced from an identified supplier. The supplier behind the item you are quoted is recorded against the item, so the specification quoted and the item delivered come from the same place.

  • Specification confirmed with the supplier before quoting

Material, dimensions, weight range, pack contents and finish are re-confirmed with the supplier at quotation stage. Anything the supplier will not confirm is listed as open on the quotation.

  • Commercial-use suitability stated honestly

Where an item is suited to home or light studio use rather than shared daily use, that is stated. We do not present light-duty stock as commercial-grade equipment.

  • Warranty passed through, never invented

Where the supplier of the exact item provides a warranty, its length and scope are written into the quotation. Where no warranty is provided, the quotation says so.

  • Substitutions proposed in writing

If a supplier cannot meet the specification or the quantity, an alternative is put to you with the differences set out. Nothing is swapped after acceptance without your approval.

Delivery process

What happens between an accepted quotation and equipment on your floor

Delivery timing and charges are confirmed on the quotation for your location and quantity. The sequence itself does not change.

  1. 01

    Order confirmation

Accepted quotation is confirmed back to you with the final item list, quantities, prices, applicable VAT and the agreed delivery location and contact.

  2. 02

    Supply and consolidation

Items are called off from the supplier and consolidated so the order arrives together, unless you have asked for a phased delivery against a fit-out or term schedule.

  3. 03

    Delivery booking

Delivery is booked against your site access — gate times, loading access, lift or stair carry, and the person who will receive the goods on the day.

  4. 04

    Handover and paperwork

Delivery note, itemised specification and tax invoice accompany the order. Shortages or transit damage are recorded at handover, not after the fact.

  5. 05

    After delivery

Your order record is kept so a resupply, a matching top-up or a warranty question can be handled against what was actually delivered.

Operating principles

How we make supply decisions

These are the rules we work to on every enquiry, whether it is one mat for an apartment or a full storeroom for a school.

Exercise mat used for floor work in a studio space
Studio and wellness room equipment
Match footballs stacked on a training pitch
Team sport and match-day kit
Light dumbbells and a resistance band set out for home training
Home and individual training setups

Specification before price

A cheap item that is the wrong size, weight or pack count costs more than the right one. We settle the specification first and quote against it.

Written, not verbal

Everything that affects your budget — price, VAT, delivery, returns, warranty position — is issued in writing before you commit to it.

No silent substitution

If the exact item cannot be supplied, the alternative is proposed to you for approval. Nothing is swapped in the box without your sign-off.

Quantities that match sessions

Schools and clubs run parallel groups. We plan quantities around working groups and station counts rather than a flat headcount.

Storage counts as a constraint

Equipment that cannot be stored or moved by one technician does not get used. Storage and transport are part of the specification, not an afterthought.

Repeat supply is planned

Consumables wear out on a term or season cycle. Repeat requirements can be quoted as a schedule rather than re-specified each time.

Bulk requirements are reviewed before anything is promised

Bulk requirements are reviewed against stock, specifications and delivery location. We do not quote a price, lead time or discount until that review is complete, and we do not confirm an order we cannot supply.

  • Warranty and product-support details are listed item by item where applicable.
  • Substitutions are proposed to you in writing, never applied silently.
  • Delivery timing is confirmed against your location before acceptance.
