Buying notes for team sports

Team equipment is quantity-sensitive. Session structure — warm-up, technical work, small-sided games — dictates how many sets you actually need.

  • Ball size and construction change by age band and by indoor or outdoor surface.
  • Bibs need enough colour sets to run more than two groups at once.
  • Match-day and training stock should be kept separate so training wear does not reach the pitch.
  • Carry bags and trolleys decide how quickly a session is set up and cleared.
