1. Seller identity

This website is operated by TAQAT ALRIYADA SPORT EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C, trading as Taqat Fitness Gear, Office No. 54B, Mohammed Omar Ali Bin Haidar Al Harith Property, Al Muraqqabat, Dubai, UAE. Enquiries and correspondence are handled at sales@taqatfitnessgear.com during Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 – 18:00 (GST).

2. Nature of this website

This website is a product catalogue and commerce service. Retail items with confirmed prices can be purchased through the checkout. Other items and bulk requirements are handled as enquiries, with availability, specification and delivery confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

3. Catalogue accuracy and product availability

Catalogue listings describe the types of equipment we can supply. They do not represent live stock, a reserved item, or a commitment to supply. Specification, brand, dimensions and materials are confirmed in writing for each enquiry before an order is accepted.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry or bulk requirement does not create a contract, a price commitment or a delivery date. Where we can supply, we issue a written quotation stating items, specification, quantities, price, currency, delivery terms, and any return or warranty position applying to those items.

5. Order acceptance

An order exists only once you accept a written quotation and we confirm that acceptance in writing. Until then, either party may withdraw without liability. We may decline an order where an item cannot be supplied to the required specification, quantity or timescale.

6. Substitutions

If an item cannot be supplied as quoted, we propose an alternative in writing for your approval. Substitutions are never applied without your written agreement.

7. Pricing, currency and taxes

Prices are stated in the quotation, in the currency shown on it, and are valid only for the period stated on that quotation. Any taxes or duties that apply are itemised on the quotation and invoice.

8. Payment

Accepted payment methods and payment timing are stated on the quotation and invoice for each order. No payment is taken through this website.

9. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery areas, timing, charges, return eligibility and any applicable warranty are confirmed per order before acceptance. See Delivery & Returns for how these are handled. Warranty applies only where the supplier of the specific item provides one, and it is stated item by item on the quotation.

10. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website or submit false information in an enquiry. All content, including text and imagery, belongs to TAQAT ALRIYADA SPORT EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from information published in the catalogue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our supply and commercial processes change. The version published here at the time of your enquiry applies to that enquiry.
