Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Taqat Fitness Gear order. This policy explains when refunds and returns are available.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Consumables, hygiene items and custom or bulk-branded orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@taqatfitnessgear.com with photos and your order reference. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Return shipping

For non-faulty returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return logistics.
