Delivery Policy
Delivery is arranged per order. Areas, timing and charges are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
How delivery is confirmed
Because this website is a catalogue and enquiry service, delivery is never assumed. When you enquire, we check whether we can deliver the items to your address, on what timescale and at what cost, and state that on the quotation. You accept the quotation before the order and its delivery terms become binding.
Retail delivery
Delivery areas for individual orders are confirmed against your address at quotation stage. We do not publish a blanket nationwide delivery claim. Timing depends on the item and destination and is stated on the quotation.
Bulk and B2B delivery
Bulk deliveries are reviewed per requirement, taking account of volume, vehicle access, unloading arrangements and the delivery location. Bulk orders may be delivered in scheduled phases where that suits your site, and this is agreed in writing before dispatch. Where a delivery needs a contact on site, a delivery window or specific access documentation, we agree that with you in advance.
Charges
Delivery charges are quoted before order acceptance, based on order size, weight and destination. No free-delivery threshold is currently published.
Assembly and installation
Assembly and installation are not included by default. If your requirement needs them, say so in your enquiry and we will confirm whether they can be arranged for your site.
Failed or refused delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible or no one is available to receive it, we contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional cost is agreed with you before it is incurred.
Checking your delivery
Check quantities and condition on receipt and report any shortage or damage to sales@taqatfitnessgear.com with your order reference. See Returns & Refunds and Delivery & Returns for what happens next.
